BEEF FILLETS
WITH GAEA OXYMELO
You don’t need a lot to put together a great meal… it’s just about the right ingredients: GAEA Estate Vranas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, juicy beef fillet, a dash of white wine and a pinch of thyme. And last but not least to reach perfection: GAEA glaze with honey and balsamic. Simple, yet delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1kg beef fillet 3 table spoons of GAEA Estate Vranas Extra Virgin Oil ½ teaspoon of thyme ¼ cup of white wine ¼ GAEA Oxymelo Salt Fresh pepper
PREPARATION
Cut the beef into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Put Extra Virgin Oil GAEA Estate Vranas into a big pan, and allow it to heat, then add thyme.

EXECUTION
Put the beef fillets into the pan and sauté both sides.
Add white wine and bring it to a boil for 3 minutes.
Stir in GAEA Oxymelo and continue to cook for approximately one minute.
Remove from stove and serve immediately with mash potatoes.
